Refund Policy...

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return the product to us using our simple four step returns process, and we will credit your bank account or e-wallet i.e. PayPal, or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds will be made using the same means as the original payment method e.g. credit card refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. This includes the original shipping fees. You will be notified by e-mail of any refund (including as a result of a cancellation of Your order).

We will aim to process refunds for any sum that has been paid by You for Product(s) which have been returned to Us undamaged and/or Services cancelled in accordance with the Terms as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event no later than (a) 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which We received the returned Product(s); or (ii) 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which You informed Us of the cancellation.

Refund Exceptions...

You do not have the right to cancel Your contract under section 2.3(b)(ii) if the Products have been specially and/or specifically made/produced/finished to Your specification or are personalised.
